3. Orders & Payments

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Certain products (customized, clearance, or hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
