At PlaySpace Hub, we want you to love your purchase and enjoy a stress-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging (including all accessories, hardware, and instructions).
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., soft storage bins, rugs, or playroom textiles once opened).

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened or used organizational textiles (fabric bins, mats, rugs, etc.)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hopplayspacehub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hopplayspacehub@gmail.com.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
